Send-In Services

Please note: 

• All consoles must be in working condition. 
• All consoles must be clean and free of pests. 
• We do NOT accept failed mod or service attempts. 

Consoles that do not meet the above listed requirements will be shipped back. We will return the service fee, minus return shipping.  

Xbox 360s:

• Select the appropriate product in the shop, based on console type (Phat, S/E, etc). 
• Continue by identifying your motherboard, here. 
• If you are unable to identify your motherboard, contact us. 
• After selecting your options and purchasing, you will receive shipping instructions.
• Ship the console and ensure you package it to prevent damage. 
• We will take pictures once we receive it to document its condition. 
• We will fulfill the order and document the process. 
• Once we are finished, we will ship the console back. 
• After it has been shipped, you will receive a compressed folder with install pictures. This will also contain the original NAND files, CPU key, DVD key, and more.  

PS3s:

• On the send-in service product page, enter your console's model number (i.e. CECH-XXXX). 
• After selecting your options and purchasing, you will receive shipping instructions. 
• Ship the console and ensure you package it to prevent damage. 
• We will take pictures once we receive it to document its condition. 
• We will fulfill the order and document the cleaning process. 
• Once we are finished, we will ship the console back. 
• Once the console is shipped, you will receive a compressed folder with install pictures. 
• This will also contain the original memory backup.
